Job Description Civil and mechanical construction, modification, expansion and maintenance for one or more units in the plant and the safety of plant and subordinates so as to provide maximum plant availability for production in own areas of responsibility.
Responsibility · Determine job event, job sequence of repairing equipment (Daily, unplanned SD, Annual Shut Down) and expected close communication with maintenance foreman, Production and contractors.
· Develop repair schedule, spare part list, man power, facilities, and services as required for repairing equipment.
· Prepare and manage budgets for ASD, Special Maintenance, Capital Work and daily maintenance.
· Plan and monitor condition monitoring activities such as vibration measurement and oil analysis and act appropriately.
· Plan and undertake modification and improvement to plant and equipment.

· Review and update of equipment master data, Bill of material (BOM) in system and expected close communication with MIS group.
· Conduct training to staff within maintenance department.
· Manage, control & implement quality management system.
· Prepare a monthly & weekly maintenance activity report.
· Implement preventive and predictive maintenance program.

Requirement

Academic Background

Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or equivalent

Working Experience

· 5 - 7 years working experience, preferably those who have working experience in Chemical/Petrochemical Plant or Manufacturing environment with major Plant shut down experience.
· Able to read technical drawing and P&ID.
· Conversant with maintenance of equipment like pumps, boilers, cooling towers, compressors, chillers, etc.
· Experience in TPM, 7 QC Tools, 5S, ISO and failure analysis is an added advantage.
· Experience in Risk Based Inspection is an added advantage.
· Experience leading or managing a group of Supervisor/Foreman and Technician.
