Job Description

Responsibility

1、做好人力资源管理制度的起草和修订并贯彻执行
   - Assist to stipulate/revise HR rules within responsibility and supervise the implementation.

2、负责CSP-1 员工招聘工作
   - Responsible for CSP-1 employee's recruiting.

3、做好csp-1 培训相关工作流程并操作具体事务,确保相关年度培训项目的实施

   - Implement training related work processes and operate specific issues in CSP-1.

     And ensure implementing of annual training item.

4、做好CSP-1 劳动关系的管理,协调与劳动管理部门的关系

   - Deal with the labor relationship management for CSP-1.

    And Harmonizing good connection with labor management Authorities.

Requirement

Academic Background

本科学历,人力资源或相关专业毕业 - Bachelor Degree in HR or related major.

 

Working Experience

6年及以上外资公司人力资源相关工作经历。拥有足够的专业知识、经验去建立相关程序改进和标准化所负责的工作

- 6 years or above working career in foreign company worked related with human resources

  And possess enough knowledge and experience to establish procedures, improve and standardize jobs in charge.

 

Others

1、相关培训经验(Training Experience):
接受过 人力资源管理、劳动法律法规等相关培训

- Related training in Human resources management, labor law.

 

2、知识技能(Knowledge & Skills):

General Duties

· Coordinate, manage & promote the ISO 9001/IATF 16949 System.

· Lead Quality Improvement Activity.

· Handle customer complaint & other quality compliances.

Specific Duties

· Coordinate & plan for quality improvement.

· Work together with other departments to ensure QMS training program & review it on a regular basis.

· Implement Safety & Health policies and procedures Environmental Management System and oversee the implementation of 5S.

· Reporting timely to superior on all important issues.

· Issuance of monthly report to superior.

· And other responsibilities assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirement

Academic Background

Bachelor Degree in Chemistry or equivalent

 

Working Experience

· 8 - 15 years working experience with at least 5 years experience in Managerial Level.

· Working experience in Chemical/Petrochemical Plant or ISO Certified Manufacturing Company would be an added advantage.

· Good knowledge, understanding and hands-on experience in Quality Management (QMS) System and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) System.

· Excellent quality mind set, good acumen in business / commercial strategy.

· Possess strong report writing and presentation skills.

· Possess strong communication, negotiation and capable of multitasking.

Administrative services manager / Business administrator
Essential Functions

· Work in the Administrative area which includes Accounting, HR, legal, General affairs, and Sales Support reporting to CEO/President of the company.

· As a subsidiary of Japanese company, communication and coordination with several departments in Japan will be the key role for this position.

· As a parent company of Mexico, remote management of administrative team is also indispensable.

· This position will be multi-functional role in administrative area, including direct involvement with decision making by the management of the company.

Key Responsibilities

Immediately on hire

· Accounting operations including AP/AR, transfer pricing, month-end closing, and taxes in collaboration with Controller and Accounting Assistant.

· HR operations including payroll management and performance review process.

· Sales support operations including analyzing and providing various data.

· Other administrative operations as requested.

 

Expected in the near future

· Whole HR operations and managements including expatriate management in collaboration with the President, Controller and HR department in HQ.

· Legal/contract management under collaborative work with legal firm and legal department in HQ.

· Whole FA / Accounting managements in collaboration with controller and FA department in HQ.

· Supervision and management of a legal entity in Mexico City including accounting, cash management, and administrative work.

· Sales support by managing various Sales data in collaboration with the President and Sales Managers.

 

Qualifications and Requirements

· Minimum of 5 years working experience in Finance and/or Accounting

· Career-minded to expand job range to other administrative area gradually

· Working experience in Japanese company and understanding of Japanese business culture preferred

· Strong communication skills in English. Business level Japanese and/or Spanish preferred

· Travel flexibility, domestic and to Mexico
